Buying a Bridal Saree on Video, A Walkthrough
If you have never bought a heritage saree on video, the prospect can feel risky. It is not, when run properly. Here is the entire workflow, every minute of the call, every document, every safeguard, so you know exactly what to expect.
We have run private video viewings. The conversion rate is high not because of pressure, but because the experience is honest, unhurried and visually rigorous.
Before the call (24 hours prior)
You WhatsApp us with occasion, budget, colour and time zone. We propose a slot and send a pre-call letter with a soft shortlist of 12 to 20 sarees (with thumbnail images and weave notes). You reply with the 8 to 10 you want draped live.
Minute 0 to 10 to introductions and your story
A senior consultant (often Mayank or Amrita) joins. We spend ten minutes on your wedding, your other trousseau pieces, your skin tone in different light, what you have already bought. This is not small talk, it is what lets us drape the right pieces.
Minute 10 to 40 to the draping
Each saree is draped in turn on a full-height stand by our north-facing window, with two daylight LEDs filling shadow. We pull close-ups of the zari, the reverse, the border join and the pallu at the angles you ask for. If you want a burn-test on a thread, we do it live.
Minute 40 to 45 and after
You shortlist. We send a written letter within two hours with prices, weave details, shipping cost and timeline. You decide in your own time, there is no follow-up pressure. Once you confirm, we invoice; payment clears; shipment goes within 24 hours by insured FedEx or DHL.

We offer a 7-day inspection window from FedEx delivery, original tags intact, for a full refund (less shipping) for any reason. Remakes are rare.
